One of our most recent notable redevelopments includes a fully resotored 1930's historically designated art deco apartment building located in the heart of the West Hollywood, California.

Amar Rd.

This project will convert what was formerly approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space into a brand new public storage facility on the border of The City of Industry and La Puente, California.

It's completed
This mixed-use site will be home to approximately 7,000 feet of ground floor retail space near one of the busiest intersections in Los Angeles. It also will include 8 two-level condominiums that rise above the skyline and offer unparallel views of the city.
